Oregon Health Equity Alliance's Community Health Needs Assessment for Queer and/or Trans Black, Indigenous, People of Color within the Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties.

Participants who RSVP & fill out OHEA’s survey will receive a $75 VISA gift card for attending the event!
